Internet service providers are cracking down on mass emails of 50 or more being sent out from email servers through web interface as well as using programs like Microsoft Outlook.
To keep from having your send mail service from being blocked please use a bulk email company to send your email campaigns. Companies like ConstantContact.com and Ebowl.biz provide excellent bulk email service. Failure to do so could result in your send mail ports being shut down by your ISP. Verizon is one of the first to start locking down. If you use Verizon and can't send mail through Outlook try using port 587 in your smtp settings. |
